You have to understand this chimpanzee has been raised almost like a human for its fourteen years of its life, and often drives around in cars, opens cars' doors, drinks from glasses, and was able to open a driver's side door of a police vehicle with an officer in the driver's seat.

I listened to the recording earlier today and was disturbed by the fact that the 911 operator sounded like he was laughing at certain points.
