The recent influx of hurricanes has lead me to believe that a little group of men sit in a big empty old room deciding what to call the next one that decides to embark on its voyage of mass destruction.
Is this true? do they make the names up as they come along,boy, girl, boy, girl etc, or is there some kind of scientific formula to all the names?
so Jean is next...then what?
