do you know what fucks me off. do you know. i hadnt heard a single xmas style musak tune until friday. id seen some tinsel and snarled at a tree. but i hadnt been attacked by spector or slade or their yuletideish ilk and i was happy about that. on friday, every shop i entered had gone x-mo. thursday- no x-mo. friday, yo, x-mo.
do you know why this pisses me off? do you know why?
because thursday is thanksgiving. once thanksgiving is over, the Americocapitalists start on the x-mo. not before, after. it fucks me off that if i am going to have to listen to pre-december yuleishness- being that the 12th day of christmas is the 6th of january, yo!- it will be the day after thanksgiving. x-mo officially brgins the day after thanksgiving you know. IN IDAHO. we dont even celebrate thanksgiving! its like we are all on this one big calendar governed by the Santa Hatted White men of Mammon. smoking their fucking cigars! in their SUVs! capitalism is making me hate christmas! what would jesus think?
