Neat! But be careful. My son picked what he thought was an innocent mushroom in our woods the other day, only to learn from a neighbor that it was a death angel mushroom. There is no known antidote to it's poison.
Friday: go home, wrestle a bear, make love to wife whilst wearing chaps and bronze bracers, tea is a giant steak while strangely, wife says she's tired only prepares grits for the children
Saturday: go out to cut wood, come home to find children missing, wife is perplexed
Sunday: find strange half-eaten bread trail, reunited with children in the woods, children are unexpectedly delighted to hear the wife has died, live happily ever after

This weekend is a bit shit. I could do next weekend's plans. They're much better. And involve driving vans around the country whilst cheerily saving my idiot sister from her latest abusive partner, getting the kids away from him with minimum upset, concealing them elsewhere then I get to go and get drunk miles away from all of them.
You can just see the entertainment in that, can't you?

Tonight - probably another near 4 hour journey home like the one to work this morning, thanks to vandals cutting signalling cables in Rijswijk. Followed by beer and Tiger Woods, or possibly some messing with my Flash Guns and Camera.
Tomorrow - haircut. Dinner somewhere then surprise birthday party for good pal with many visiting friends from England.
Sunday. Chill. Pray trains are alright again on Monday.

This weekend i will mostly be playing Lego Star Wars II and watching the formula 1. I imagine some selfish bastard will try to ruin my weekend by inviting me out somewhere I don't want to go, whereby I'll have to go out so as to avoid looking like an unsociable **** , but I'll probably be really moody and when people ask me what's wrong I'll say I'm really tired from work, then make some crappy excuse so I can go home and get back to playing Star Wars.
I've already told Emma that I probably wont see her much this weekend. I think she's starting to think that I don't want to spend time with her. It's not that, it's just that I'd rather watch the F1 because its an important race.

Could someone write me weekend plans that don't include revision? Perhaps it could involve a boyfwend!

I watch the whole show. Qualifying on saturday, full race including the buildup and post race stuff on Sunday. Because it's in Japan, this means I'm going to have to get up at 5am on Sunday to watch it. It's likely that I will then watch the replay of it at midday as well.
The annoying thing is that nobody seems to share my passion for F1 so I never have anyone to talk to.

Ringo, you can talk to my dad. My entire childhood was punctuated with scenarios such as you describe. I think you and him would get on like a house on fire. You should totally befriend each other! But not in a pervy way.

I've been feeling some of the old passion return after Schumacher's performances and I'll try and find somewhere to watch it on Sunday. Used to follow the whole season and watch races from start to finish but things like ITV commercial breaks, Murray Walker retiring, general failure of other teams to put up a proper fight... kind of wore me down. But things are looking up a bit these days.

Yeah, that's why I didn't ask any questions, because this is just a phase. A phase of uppy downy mad behaviour.
More comedy from the vaults:
