The Dean Heritage Centre isn't really a watermill at all, not a working watermill. It's a shithole, frankly. It's out.

If anyone's a bit undecided and needs technical advice, I know quite a lot about Quarry Bank Mill as I live with one of the visitor guides there and she hasn't shut up about it for the last three months.
