Incidently, I was on seethru and i looked up someones profile and it says click here to view latest post by this person or somesuch and then it went into this search which seemed to indicate that there was an archive..
EDIT: URL didn't work but check this S&W profile and click on the Search: All posts by this registered user. to see what I mean
See what i mean? do you think the archive is still there just not linked to? Web geeks?

AG meatpuppet, lol.
I'm not saying that. I was just laughing at the expression, like. In a good, non-confrontational, sweet kinda way.

Jones wasn't bad, merely misunderstood. His best-known line was "I have shit on you, son". Though he never once said anything like that to me.
After initially despising each other (ah, what would I give to see those vintage threads again...), we agreed not to discuss secret right-wing movements in the Congo and talk about more messy things. A sticky tale that has been repeated and regurgitated ad infinitum by those who think they know. Hah.
We used to MSN and send the odd e-mail, but there was no secret Seethru personality destruction plan. All we used to talk about was pheasants, Weisswurst and fine Spanish wines.
This place was a whole lot better with characters like Jones. It had a certain bite.

Actually I've just remembered asking Damon to basically save me the forum on the spurious grounds that I was going to write a book about it.... I remember that it had to be moved because it was taking up space on the BBC servers that had to be reallocated, or something like that. Anyway, Damon kind of didn't... but I shall ask Macca, just to check. I wish it was still there. There's a bit on wayback machine, but not much.

Case closed.
I'll forever continue to find it odd that during the long spell that jones and I chose to avoid each other on the SeeThru boards (prior to our calling a truce) I never once witnessed him doing anything underhand. Nor did I hear anything else from anyone else.
If anything, I should have been his first "victim", given the nature of the argument that led to our having the avoidance thing in the first place.
It's a long drawn out thing though, and much of what happened has been shrouded in the mists of time. I would still like to see all of that old stuff though - unexpurgated, of course.
Thatisall.

[off topic]Don't know if the show is going to make it to MTV on your side, but it's actually very good. Very funny. He makes fun of just about everyone, including himself, and does a fairly good job at it. (We could have a whole other thread about the "branding" of Snoop Dogg, who at this point doesn't have to actually perform ever again, and could make a tidy sum cashing in on the image he's built for himself.)[/off topic]
Thought I'd sneak that in whilst everyone else is off reading the archives. Interesting stuff, probably due in part to the fact that I don't appear until somewhat later.

maybe we should start a snoop thread. did you see the wake and bake 'commercial' on the episode a couple of weeks ago?
