Myself and doc d have been locked in a tottenham/arsenal-esque battle for 4th spot, the door to europe etc, but I haven't really been able to make much of a move out of that area on the table.

I forgot all about that one to be honest, looks like I'm a strictly average 8th place, the Everton of the league I guess. Did a lot better in the Times super league I'm in with a bunch of colleagues, a handsome 113 points clear at the top of the league on 1758 points. 1654th in the country though and about 300 pts off the top, so strictly an amateur in the grander scheme of things..

I did V. Poor. - Sadly I have been concentrating too much on my other FFL which I have been playing for years - a dissapointing amount of substitutions and injuries on the last day saw me off winning the Worthington Cup, which I have won the last 2 seasons on the bounce, and 50 quid, and also losing out on promotion, having just been pipped by a couple of points.
However today I did receive my mint picture disk of Diamond Lights by Hoddle and Waddle, which it to be enframed into the "Diamond Lights of Shite" award which will be presented to the worse performing manager in the three leagues to retain for the following year (I won this from the ace Sidenetting - the woodiest of spoons if you like.
