Unfortunately I'm still at work and likely to be here for some time :sad:
I’ve spent about a week writing a presentation pack (17 pages) and appendix (11 pages) for a meeting tomorrow afternoon and now the two key players have just spent two hours changing their minds (again! – it’s been through 6 drafts already) meaning I will need to spend probably around 3 hours redoing the effing thing again tonight, since both are in meetings tomorrow morning and therefore need the redraft first thing.
Q: Why am I prolonging the agony by posting here? A: I'm fed up to fuck with it.

I'm home now, having experienced worse traffic on the way home than rushhour on Christmas Eve, and with a few minutes to finish scoffing a bag of crisps before my friend takes me out for a greatly-deserved birthday drink to which I don't have to drive, for once.
