I'm as you know in my new job, and one of the advantages of it is that we are often alone, on a different floor with little interruption from the proles upstairs, and can pretty much carry on as we please as long as it's not detrimental to the job and all is well. One of the perks is being able to listen to the radio via the interweb - something I haven't done for a while.

I used to work at another site where I would listen to 6 Music all day, but since my last soiree with streaming radio, it seems to have turned into Radio 1, and is quite horrid, apart from the odd gem of a track, but it is the odd one. Gaudy jingles, bland AOR Pop - it's gone a bit pear shaped.

So I am on the lookout for a new favourite to occupy my ears whilst my eyes scan this plethora of monitors. Those who know my tastes can no doubt best advise, though the office is occasionally shared so can't be too heavy (though my colleague is thankfully a therapy? fan). Anything preferably British with some decent Adult music, not too much inane chatter, but something just vanilla enough to not offend anyone who should happen to walk in - any recommendations?

Download Media Monkey as recommended by Misc and use the radio search thing on there, I found some great rock/metal stations on there when I was working from home recently but without my laptop I can't recall the names. I'll try and take a squizz when I get home if I remember.
