i have mobile msn messenger on my phone, but i wanna download an app that can handle google talk too. which one is good? (i have a sony erriccson handset. dunno which platform. i guess i just need something java)

Palringo is a good free application that handles all IM clients quite well.

IM+ All-in-One Mobile Messenger is the other big player, but it's a commericial product.

I've used both and both are fine... Personally there aren't enough benefits of IM+ All-in-One Mobile Messenger to justify paying for it over Palringo.

Thanks guys. On someone else's recommendation, i downloaded Fring, which seems to be fine. However! Is there a mobile app out there that's let me use Facebook messenger? That would be AMAZING.

BeanFlickr is an all-in-one IM client and it allows you to posts images to Flickr from your phone too
