like mashed together? or a bite of apple followed by a bite of banana?

my favorite healthy snack is not lighting the cigarette in my mouth until later.

Are Activia yoghurts classed as healthy snacks? They do a fig flavour one and it's fantastic.

no, who mashes their fruit apart from old people and babies?

I mean, I like a banana and I like an apple. Also porridge, or as you might call it, 'oat-sludge'.

this Activia yoghurt. While I'm clearly not the man to be talking about a perfectly healthy stomach, what with all my vomiting exploits and mishaps, I still don't get the problem that these things are supposed to solve. What is this 'bloated indigestion' that seems to have swept the nation? Is my lack of bloating and indigestion somehow indicative of a diet that's out of step with the rest of the country?

on the subject of things gripping the nation, can somebody explain to me why every single fucking advert that's on TV seems to be for car insurance or car insurance brokerage service? Has some kind of car insurance mania swept the land, and everybody is obsessed with trying to save £££s on their car insurance by looking on the internet every night and trying to find the best deal?

Actually I have never suffered from bloated indigestion either. I just like them because they're very tasty. I seem less constipated when I eat them regularly too, which is kinder to my cyclist's piles. So that's a bonus.

I don't really know what bloated indigestion is. I wouldn't know if I've suffered from it so I guess probably not.

I felt a bit ill once after eating loads of chicken wings and ribs and running up a load of stairs.

didn't you suffer from acid reflux a while back benway? If that's not "bloated indigestion" I don't know what is.

that was the vomiting thing, and again, it's purely connected with drinking booze. I have a new diagnosis every month.

I like those little dried fruits. Only the little ones, mind. Dried wild strawberries, dried cherries, dried cranberries... little hand-grenades of fruit intensity.

Cucumber and tomato with a little salt and pepper and a dash of worcester sauce.

Satsumas for me at the moment, hadn't had them in a long time and then got some really good ones from the market..

Swap the cucumber for celery and add some tobasco and vodka - much better!
