Hello! I can't believe I actually remembered my login.

I was looking at works things and remembered that this is a super-international place and wondered if there's anyone who would be able to do some Dutch-English translation, for actual money of course, in the future? We're looking at a JV with a Dutch company.

Wow. Most boring opening post ever. Sorry about that.

Good evening, Salty. I've picked up a bit of Afrikaans slang from listening to Die Antwoord records, but I don't think that would be suitable for a business conversation. TMO's resident Dutch speakers include Darryn, Damon's Off and Waynster.

How do you tag people so they know they've been mentioned? [Smile]

Darryn's off would be able to do it. Or even Darryn come to think of it. Mine is rusty as buggary. But if neither of them can help let me know and I will reach out to my network and find you someone.

I was speaking Danish last night which was fun - not something I get to do that often.

I dunno, I'd certainly respect a colleague more if they delivered a presentation including the phrase "fok julle naaiers".

For some reason I am now singing 'fok jullie gezichten, moedernaaiers!"
