pie wants to get a membership to the British Library and doesn't know exactly the 'protocol' anymore cuz when she was at Uni, appearently you had to have a letter from a prof to say you needed to research but she thinks that it has changed to make it more publicly accessible.
If you could provide any info for her, that'd be lovely as she wants to go up on Tues. afternoon.

Hullo Sabian. I've been skiving today so this is the firs chance I've had to check out the forum (looking after the little man, you see). As the linked page suggests, since the admissions process was streamlined a year or so ago all that's needed is some ID plus proof of address.
I couldn't say for sure, but I would guess the actual processing of the application probably takes a lot longer than it needs to, so Pie maybe ought to visit with plenty of time to spare...
