It's Thorn's birthday today. He's not allowed on internet message boards anymore, so you can say what you like about him, and even wish him an unhappy birthday if necessary.
Here is Cameron Diaz in a wet bikini, probably thinking about Thorn.
A decade ago we went to see Mortal Kombat for his 18th. Happily, the passing years have instilled taste and wisdom and he no longer enjoys piss-poor action films.

Ok, that's it. I've edited like five times now. My present was, as you may have observed, supposed to be a picture, but I guess the public shame will have to do. Then again, he'd have liked that, someone shaming himself as a birthday present. Fuck.

Seeing as Thorn is gone now I think we need to train a replacment. Some may say that he could never be replaced but if AC/DC can do it then TMO can too.
Roy could be a viable substitute but I feel he is not applying himself to the TMO effort as much as he could be. I blame ralph for this.

AC/DC didn't though, nor did Queen. And if Thorn was anyone from AC/DC it'd be Angus.
ralph seems to be on Roy's case more than average, it's true. Maybe they need to see a marriage counsellor.

I have been really crap lately, it's true.
In my defence, I can only say that I am currently stuck on an oil refinery with an old dell running off an 56k modem and I get called out all the time.
ralph doesn't help. He keeps trying to gay me up.

Well, to be honest Roy, you do give him quite a lot of ammo to gay you up with, you know. For instance, being in an oil refinery might've made you a man's man, but because of ralph and you I'm thinking Village People.

On the contrary, after Bon Scott died, I think AC/DC came back with an album that was quite astounding - a new vocalist - sure Brian will never be Bon, but that was never the proviso. Back in Black is a truly phenomenal album, reflected in the fact that according to the RIAA it is the 7th highest selling CD of all time. One of the greatest comebacks since Lazarus in my opinion.
Queen however, was Freddie, and without him they are nothing, and never will be.

There are refineries - Canvey, Coryton, and a couple of other places. We could see the excess gas burners from the hill I lived on quite some miles away.

How old is Thorn nowadays? 26 or something similarly sickening, I bet. Anyhoo - happy birthday old stick, give it a week and we'll see you back here, I hope.

I'm on the Coryton refinery. It hasn't blown up yet, but there has been some little fires and a boiler blew up last month. I get dress up in flame-proof clothing and I have a walkie-talkie, so it's not all bad.

The Army were here a few months ago doing stuff as the refinery is deemed a viable terrorist target.
I want a machine gun, though. Then I could pretend I was one of those constructor worker/private army people that early James Bond used to fight in giant underground bases.
