No, it's a bit red at the moment. It's not dramatically different, just, you know tidier. I'm getting my hair done posh for the races on Saturday as well. I just hope the horses appreciate it.

What I object to is the colour of some of these wheelie bins and where they are left, in some areas outside all week in the front garden.

I always thought you'd look better if you had your eyebrows done. I thought it was probably rude to mention it though.

Goodwood: 14:05 1m 6f Class 1 Lillie Langtry Fillies' Stakes.

Zygote's Tip:

Tartouche - 100 pts each way @ 5/1.

Monster, monster.

Lol. When I mentioned to my girly mates that I was thinking of getting em done, there was a bit too much enthusiastic "OH that would look GREAT", suggesting that everyone had always thought they looked shit. I've never really cared, as long as they don't actually join up in the middle.

Nice tipping, Zygote. Bet you can't get the winner of the Stewards Cup on Saturday.

Tax Free is worth an each-way punt at the meaty 10/1 currently available.

Trained by Dandy Nicholls, hence will stand its ground and is a sound investment at the current price.

It has done nothing but piss down here in Amsterdam for the whole of August so far. At least summer lasted longer than usual this time.... [Roll Eyes]

I don't wax or pluck.

My only hair removal rituals are a daily shave and a quarterly haircut.

it was dreary here when i woke up also, but at about noon it cleared off enough to inspire me to get dressed, go for a walk and by the time i reached the pub....really, how could anyone resist sitting in the sun and having a pint?
did you at least get to enjoy the sun when it was out w?

Dandy "Fiddler" Nicholls has about 6 runners, and the outsider of his lot usually does "unexpectedly" well in these sorts of races, so I may go for a longer priced one. The favourite looks pretty good, but will be artificially short due to L Dettori being in the saddle. These races are a total bunfight.

Yeah, the favourite represents poor value. The only reason I picked Tax Free is because a "friend" is backing it quite heavily and he seems to fare a lot better than other punters I know.

Hello from cloudy Pirna.

Just reading Gree's posts, and I have now realised I am truly redundant on here. [Frown]

I'm now going for a beer. [Smile]

Hilarious, yet faintly terrifying.

My weekend plans are sketchy at the moment. They involve going to the pub with emma and watching the grand prix.

The real fun, however, will be on Tuesday when I go to Silverstone for a drift practise day. I'll try to get some pictures of me destroying tyres and wasting petrol.

I am answering an advert that says:

Calling all short men
Are you angered and frustrated by people reacting to you because you are short? Are you a man of short stature with the drive and determination to succeed?

A television production company is making an observational documentary documentary looking at what life can be like for short guys

Most of these shows make people look like twats, but I thought it might be quite funny to do you know? Bit of an adventure. Looking like a dickhead. On national television.

I just got a new computer - a 15.4 inch Macbook Pro, baby - and it's got its own webcam and there's a feature called 'Photobooth' where you can do that and, well, who needs telly? Hours of entertainment.

Mikee, I have "been on television" and really didn't enjoy it. Think carefully about why you are doing it (to become King of the Midgets sounds a pretty fair reason).

Did anyone see "School of Seduction" last night? I only caught the last half an hour. Those American "dating experts" were fucking annoying.
