Cheers Ralph. I had an amusing morning, my girlfriend said she'd cook me breakfast in bed last night, so the alarm clock goes off at 6, I have to weake her up at 20 past cos she hasnt moved her ass yet, then she makes me an egg mayo sandwich!
I do like egg mayo, but come on, I was thinking like smoked salmon bagel with phili or somethin man.

tired... other than that fine really, my muscles hurt, but all I'm really doing is lying on the couch watching movies or sleeping, so it's not so bad really.
