The best thing ever happened this one time. I was perusing Flickr quite randomly, and then this picture of Kovacs cropped up in the pics from other users section, and sure enough, it led to Kovacs' photostream. That was cool. Hi Kovacs!

What would that entail? Pardon my ignorance/stupidity. Will I just have to submit some of my pictures to a special TMO Flickr account? If so - yes I would.

Lol, I found Kovacs' flickr as well through someone, which in turn means that you or he could find me just as easily.

And yes Zygote, that's all it would require.
Do we want to set a topic and have someone set up an account on flickr or just set up an account and everyone can have a free for all?

As long as you're adept with the f-lock it's fine anyway. All my pictures of hot hairy anorexic teenage boys are safely locked away these days.

You could just set up a group and have people contribute to it. Might be better as then no fucker can change the password and it wouldn't go over the bandwidth limit for free accounts.
I doubt if it's going to get anywhere anyway, it requires effort and people who are interested in photography - I don't think there are many people on here with both qualities anymore.

I'll look into setting up a group, but will it link back to my flickr site??
And, I can't believe that there is no one here who would participate. It might get people more interested? Hopefully? *sigh*

Woah, steady on there bwoi. I still use my SLR for photographs and black and white film doesn't come cheap. I'm not into taking photographs of my fucking shoes and expecting people to care. If you want me to contribute, I'll contribute.....but only if I think the photos I take are worth bothering you with.

I've looked up groups, but which one should we be? Public, private or the other one that I've forgotten already. Oh, that's right: public but invite only?

alright ralph? I'm afraid there wasn't any boning or sorority girls or togas. I had plenty glasses of yeungling, and played a few rounds of pool. Mostly I walked around in a daze, telling anybody who'd listen how tired I was. Also my laptop broke.

yeungling is alright, it's all I drank. The trip was fine, but it was intense. It was 8.30 - 6.30 talks, group work, presentations, video conferencing and call sharing. That's why I ducked out of the last day.

Are you sure you want to know, Ralph? I mean, aren't we kinda from that region. Sort of anyway? I'm about, what did you say 200 miles east of there, but still. And anyway, most people think East Coasters are rude or talk fast or are always in a hurry. At least from Boston to DC, you know that whole corridor.

Yeah, I'd like to hear his impression of the people. If his report is favorable, perhaps we'll gain a bit of tmo-respect. If not, we can just claim that, since it was a college town, mostly everyone he encountered was probably from out of state anyway. It's a win-win situation.

Dr Be is from Finsbury Park. There, asking before you vomit in someone's shoes is the height of social etiquette.

Check this guys photostream out (Soft porn NOT SAFE FOR WORK) interesting. Nice colours, imperfections all ironed out, plastified ladies. Pretty nice I think.

ok Amy, I've joined the group, are you going to give us an assignment now?
ETA: I really didn't mean for that to sound like the assignments can start now that I've joined...ugh, I just meant in general, are you going to give a topic or whatever - I need guidance.

Ok, keep in mind I may be slow right now, because school has started back up. And I've got 3 computer classes (C++, electronic layout and design, and computer graphics(which is illustrator and photoshop)), plus a drawing class. So, I'm a bit busy at the mo.
BUT!
A topic!
Or topics...here's a few ideas, let me know what you all think of them.
