If I'm in church for a funeral, wedding or baptism I find it next to impossible not to join in with the Lord's Prayer.
As regards flags I think it's probably a good thing that, in the UK, if a neighbour were to erect a flagpole and start running the Union Jack up every morning you'd naturally assume he had gone mildly insane. I guess we have the example of our cousins over in Northern Ireland as an object lesson in the consequences of coming over all 'flaggy'.
