As someone who spent a lot of his teenage years on the phone to CiH, I did originally think that his job in analysing phonecalls for American Express was a good move for him. However I did find it a bit frustrating when I rang up to get a credit card and then, for the next hour, found myself railroaded into a discussion about the episode of Red Dwarf that had just aired, an argument about which was the best Carter USM album, and a remarkably detailed analysis of the 15 minutes Hayley Roberts spent on the trampoline during PE.
