You could try comparing overrated wank-fest American Psycho unfavourably with the lyrics of Go West.

"The wind and the sun were arguing over who was more powerful. The sun boasted about its radiance and beauty, the warmth it provides. The wind bragged about its presence regardless the time of day, its ability to uproot trees and cause devastation. The sun noticed a man walking in the street, and he challenged the wind to get the man to remove his coat. The wind began to blow, and the man pulled the ends of his coat closer together. The wind grew stronger, and the man reacted by buttoning up his coat and pulling up his collar. As the ferocity of the wind grew, the man only pulled his coat closer around him, to provide him the needed warmth. The wind saw he could not accomplish the task, and challenged the sun to do such. The sun started shining and the temperature began to rise. First, the man loosened his grip on his coat. As it grew hotter, he unbuttoned his coat. The temperature grew so pleasant and warm that the man finally removed his coat."
Hi Louche!

Well, obviously, what the wind should have done was to offer the man a large tin of baked beans. These would have awakened his evil brother who was sleeping quietly within the man at the time.
The evil brother would start a-stirring and a-parping, then a-rumbling and a-grumbling and a-blasting until... fumbling for his keys, bursting in through the front door, the man flings his coat off and leaps the stairs four at a time.
A victory for the wind! And what's this? A bonus! The sun seems to have turned green and has his hand over his mouth.

Does anyone know what happened to Sixty Nine Comeback Elvis?
Also: Benway is not dead - and he vowed in an email the other day that he'd wreak bloody revenge on the haters, the doubters and "all thee fair-weather friends in the cesspool of corruptions and cozenage that is TMOTALK dot com." So there you go.

Pffh! He's all mouth and no trousers that boy. No, really, he's just one massive mouthpart with all limbs attached directly to his lips and he really doesn't own any trousers, he just grew a beard to cover his genitals and that was that.

Do you have something to tell us, The Froop?

Actually... there is a matter of growing importance which I might mention...
Here's perhaps the happiest news I've ever shared on TMO or elsewhere:
Mrs Froop & myself are expecting. We're due at the end of April.
Overall, I'm very excited - which to be honest came as a surprise, because I honestly had expected to be more overwhelmed and terrified by the prospect of fatherhood. I mean, I didn't take any aptitude test for this! I can't possibly be qualified!

Lordy, will there be any normal people left?
Congrats and all the best to the Froopers.

Top news there Froop and Mrs Froop - best of luck to you both.
I would suggest that it might be an apt time for us to get a TMO sweepstake going; who's going to succumb next, but given the way I've been gushing over my friends' newborn son (I got to hold him when he was only ˇˇˇfour hours!!! old. Mad) it might well end up being me. You bastards.
