I will admit that I was wrong for including said Dutchman in my list... however, his name is Phillip Cocu, NOT just Cocu! Therefore, that only goes to PROVE my theory, rather than discredit it!
Ha!
In your face Damo, you filthy Brazilian!

Ringo - essentially decent and informed chap with a tragic liking for cheap bodykits and useless car tuning items.

Kovacs - combative poster with no ability to admit self-wrongness, but interesting, lucid and writes the best posts on here by a long way. Sadly many can't be arsed to reply to any of them as they require time and thought.

Boy Racer - Wanker. Tortured cats as a child.

VP - One boob job from being a hottie.

Samuel Norton - Eloquent, but reputation for being a fascist; mainly because people choose to interpret remarks, which had anyone else made them would be dismissed, as unhinged gibberings for the Return of the Reich.

FunkyPurplePants - Crack whore

Ben - Pimp

Thorn Davis - funny, in the way small-cocked men often have to be.

Good point - take Kovacs's current thread in life which has a mere 140 replies.

Twoat: Can't even read.

You're right, of course. I was projecting my own terminal laziness onto the rest of the board - sorry. The black boys thread in society makes for a very interesting read, with excellent posts from a number of members. Myself not among them, of course.

Thorn - too clever by half. Heading for a smack.

Yeah - being eloquent is one thing; simply endeavouring to fill each of your posts with the most pointlessly convoluted sentence structures, and grandiloquent language until they choke under extraneous and pointless words, which curl around the sentence until all sense is lost in a bid to misfoot less astute readers into believing that such a tactic might actually be construed as intelligence or eloquence, is quite another.

I presume you weren't around when Norton was trying to 'prove' that the Final Solution never happened.

Also: dic definition of "eloquent" =
quote:
1. Characterized by persuasive, powerful discourse: an eloquent speaker; an eloquent sermon.
2. Vividly or movingly expressive: a look eloquent with compassion.

Neither of which, I think, could be applied to the Snorton we know and tolerate. Unless you're being funny - so hard to tell nowadays!

I think I'd be rather disappointed if it transpired that Kuang was a Kovacs troll. I'm liking it's directness, it's gladiatorial style, it's refreshing willingness to engage, radically, with ecological issues and it's spirited defence of squirrel colours.

To discover I'd been duped into finding a facet of Kovacs endearing would be discombobulating.

If "eloquent" means that I talk like you, Bennyboy, I'll leave you too it [Roll Eyes] Whatever others think of me on here, I am known as one who would call a spade a spade (no double-meanings there for once [Wink] ) and my research, soon-to-be published, is devoted to cutting through what can only be so-genannte the Scheiss of liberal, wooly tree-hugging brigades who insist on dressing up every young, swarthy boy with a hood and a "boom-box" as an "underprivileged disenfranchised minority" [Roll Eyes] If avoiding such circumlocutious terms means a lack of eloquence, I will choose the short road, Ben.

Remember the bad words thread.

This word, makes my penis crawl inside me parasite and touch my tonsils. It's like someone chewing cotton wool and scraping the blackboard with taloned nails. Whilst making me listen to 'The Birdie Song' of course.

So is Kovacs everyone then? My fear now is that nearly every post here is from one person thus making a mockery of the fundamental reason for this thread.

Once again, good intentions are ruined. The perpetrator (perp?) gets his winkle jollies whilst the victim can sadly cry and look forward to a brighter future.
