Like the dice man, but rubbisher, put up options on what you want to do, the next poster decides, you have to do it.

So, should I;

Stay in bed and watch the last two episodes of season one of the sopranos?

Get up and go to the cinema and watch V for Vendetta?

it's an easy one to start, because this place is dead at the weekend, so pretty much an example....

canvas - you sweaty shit!

(oh and V for Vendetta is an odd one, parts of it are so right in so many ways, but the first half is a mess and parts of it couldn't be more wrong)

Yeah. Definitely. Paint a big fanny. That'll put a smile on your face. You can make it an Impressionist one, if you like. An Impressionist fanny.

I'm getting a pretty useful chunk of money from work soon. Should I use it for something sensible or should I take the chance to travel out to Japan?

When did North Wales become Japan? You really don't know what you want from a holiday, do you Ringo?

Hey TMO can help with another decision. I've got to get a new hood for the Roadster. Do I go for vinyl or mohair? if mohair, do I stay with black or go for the slightly risque navy blue option?

Car's white.

You have an MX5, don't you Ringo? In crystal white? Bastard.* [Mad] I had a '91 for 11 years, but sold it when I had kids.

Stick with the black, but get the glass rear window instead of the plastic one. I loved my rear glass window. [Smile]

* You're only a bastard if you have the aforementioned car. Otherwise sorry.

It's a '95 Eunos Roadster 1.8iS with all the extras including Bilstein shocks and Torsen LSD. Colour's 'chaste white'. But yeah, MX-5/Eunos/Miata, all pretty much the same car, just differet spec and options. I'd post a picture if I wasn't posting from my PDA...

I wish I could say something comfor ing but all I can think is "sucks to be you, dude", which probably isn't going to help much. Why not buy yourself another one as a second car? You can pick them up cheap as chips nowadays. You know it makes sense.

It's a Subaru. [Frown]

ETA: But it is a great car in snow, so it's served me well during my 90 mile commute to the office.

I used ot have one of those back in 1999, ralph. It was a pretty solid car actually. Nothing wrong with it. Maybe the handling could have been a bit sharper, but what do you expect from a 4x4. I ended up getting it repsprayed in black and fitting a monster turbo.

Yeah, Gran Turismo was ace.

You can't do resprays in Gran Turismo, you could only do 'Racing modifications' and I don't think black was an option on the Legacy wagon.

I call bullshit Misc, what say you?

(my sign in still works!)

Should I seek further education after university (of the £4000 costing kind - which I obviously don't have) or get off my fat ass and earn some proper money? (apparently working in a shop all through uni doesn't count as working)

How lovely to see you again Vic, I'm sorry to hear that Uni has made you fat in the arse department though you always had such a small frame - was it all the turkey twizzlers ?

I'd say stick with the eductaion, get all you can out of it and then start work in the real world.

But then again if you're skint, maybe you could study part-time and work part-time or get a groovy internship somewhere ?

I'm happy your login still works, how did you get on at Uni ? What career are you looking into now ?
