Lots of people in my company got made redundant because of a move towards global I think you should bring that up Benway, ask them if they care about the families that couldn't get any christmas presents because of their actions.

Yeah, he won't care how many people get made redundant as long as global keep buying drinks to hurl into his gaping gob.

I'm global as well. These global people are our clients. The majority of the people i deal with are territory specific, but these guys (mostly girls) look after a global line of service, rather than just a territory department. They're our biggest source of our funding. There's a snr manager that always ends up prying some kind of damaging information from me. We'll be having a drunken chat, and then the next morning there'll be emergency damage limitation meetings.

I think dance margarita and Benway should swap lives for a while. I think Dr B needs to spend some time cycling round Bristol, visiting the local organic juice bar, borrowing arcane books on medieval crafts from the library and things like that. Not sure what DM would gain from being whisked up into the corporate machine and groomed for management opportunities. A new perspective maybe. Also, she could squirrel some money away to buy some new robes for her re-enactment weekend, as Benway is doubtless bound to get sick and blood all over the current ones.

I don't need to get a taxi these days. I'm a grown up now, with my own car and everything. But sadly with this comes the financial responsibility of being a grown up. Which means I can't afford to buy Bioshock 2 because I have to spend all my money on cat food and insuring all my precious lifestyle accessories. Plus it's payday in like, two days, and you know how that is...

Then clearly it is you who must get a taxi to tesco, and spend some of your masses of disposable corporate cash on a copy of L4D

I don't think i'd need to get a taxi as I walk past about six shops that sell computer games on the way home. Although I bought L4D and then sold it so I don't think I want to buy it again.
I am insured on a car though, I forgot about that. I don't pay for it though.

i have life insurance all over the place. Got some because we had to have it for the mortgage, then work gave me some, and I could double it for like, I don't know fiver a month or something, and I was thinking that maybe at least in death i can give louise the happiness that she deserves. if i get capped, or if fools creep up and assassinate my ass while i sleep, she's in like.. well, she'd be able to party pretty hard for a few years, buy a lot of that good life, know what im sayin, get iced up, boatin like diddy, rocks so big she be dragging a barrow full of big ones like she was busta gonad, you feelin me? get that murcielago, monaco, them nice threads, bumping up in VIP every night, only staying in top floor suites, all her people in SUVs. She be winning like vegas if I have a accident. she's probably planning some crazy shit now to smoke my ass.

I got life insurance last year. It was a good feeling. Up til then I'd been very conscious of the fact that if I died, no-one would get any compensation, because if I died no-one on the planet would be any worse off than if I was alive.

Man we're not very good at this online gaming lark are we.
Maybe we should just have a night of trading fastest times on Trials

Oh yeah. I have life insurance through work so if I die Kate gets 4x my salary which will be alright. I didn't get the option to double that up for five pounds a month but if I had that option I probably wouldn't take it.

GOW3 is going to have four player co-op multiplayer I believe. That sounds like something we should all buy when it has dropped to below 15 pounds.

...and yet you bitch and moan about working for a corporation. Man. Also, what happened to "oh... oh... I can't vote Tory because I don't agree with services being farmed out to private companies... oh but don't expect me to queue at an NHS hospital with the rest of the fucking plebs."
