I'm actually suffocatingly hot, as my office-mate has put both radiators on. I prefer a slight chill in the air when I'm working, to keep me awake. For some reason I always end up in offices where people want it to be like a sauna - the kind of temperature where if the office felt like this in June, you'd open all the windows. Urgh.

i've got a scratchy throat. Can you believe it? I lost my voice over christmas due to a bad throat, and it seems that it's going to go bad again. I'm at my wit's end.

If you like I can get up to Carshalton tonight to do it for you. I've not played any new games, watched any new movies or listened to any new music this week.

Oh. I could have downloaded it this morning for some fun on the way to work. Instead I had to listen to Master of Puppets which is very good but I didn't find it very funny.

I wasn't ill over Christmas, but I am ill now. I just mentioned this on the previous page. It's there for you to go back and read.

I've been feeling OK. Kate and Amelie had a bit of a cold and both whinged about it a bit but obviously I'm a man and made of harder stuff so if I did get it I didn't even notice.

The Met Office severe alert status for my area has been upgraded from yellow to orange though, and we're on the border of a red area. It reckons in a few hours all hell is going to break loose with up to 20cm falling in one sitting.
